Nightly Rates

Rates are for up to 16 people in 8 bedrooms. For more than 16 people, add $75 per extra person per night. We can accommodate a maximum of 26 people.

Rates do not include 16% IVA tax & 3% lodging tax. Rates are in US dollars. We have a 7 night minimum with check-ins (after 3:00 pm) and check-outs (11:00 am) on Saturdays. A reservation deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at the villa.
