Villa Rates
Rates are for up to 16 people in 8 bedrooms. For more than 16 people, add $75 per extra person per night. We can accommodate a maximum of 26 people. Using extra cots we have accommodated more than 26.
Rates do not include 16% IVA tax & 3% lodging tax. Rates are in US dollars. We have a 7 night minimum for Holiday weeks (Christmas, New Years, Easter and Thanksgiving) with check-ins (after 3:00 pm) and check-outs (11:00 am) on Saturdays. A reservation deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at the villa (120 days prior for holiday rentals).
Official Mexican holidays (1st Monday of February, 3rd Monday of March, May 1st, September 16, 3rd Monday of November, December 25, January 1) add $300 U.S. Full staff service is provided on official Mexican holidays for all reservations made after January 7, 2024.
